Description
The NISMO solid shift, part number 32839-RN595, replaces the standard gear lever on the manual BNR32 and BCNR33 Skyline GT-R (NISMO also lists the 4-door BCNR33 Autech version). The inner rubber is harder to reduce flex, and the lever is about 7.5mm shorter, which NISMO says gives a shift stroke about 10% shorter with a crisper feel. Unlike a quick shift, the lever ratio is unchanged, so the gearbox synchros aren't put under extra strain. The mounting matches the original lever, so fitting is straightforward. NISMO states this product isn't covered by its warranty.
