Delivery and returns.
We ship across the UK. GT-R parts range from an O-ring to a body panel, so we quote carriage for your exact order and postcode rather than a flat rate. You see and accept the quote before payment.
Imported parts: usually 1 to 2 weeks at the minimum. The exact time depends on which country the part is coming from, whether you choose express or standard shipping, the courier used, and how quickly UK customs releases the shipment. We'll confirm the options and timings when we send your quote.

Delivery questions
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. The price on a part includes VAT at 20%. Carriage is not included. We quote that before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Orders outside the United Kingdom are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid or Delivered at Place. Import duty, local tax and brokerage are paid by the buyer. We do not refund those charges.
Can I collect?
Not at the moment. All orders are delivered.
Delivery cost
The price on a part includes VAT at 20%. It does not include carriage. Once we know the delivery address and the parts, we quote carriage before any payment is taken. You do not pay that quote unless you accept it. Times given by a supplier are estimates. Drop-shipped and built-to-order parts often take longer than stock we already hold.
Parts ordered from and shipped from Japan, the USA, Australia or New Zealand are priced on application. Some brands are supplied through their UK distributors, and their prices can change at any time.
Risk and insurance
If you are buying as a consumer and we arrange the carrier, the risk stays with us until the goods are in your physical possession, or with a person you asked to take them. If you arrange your own carrier, the risk can pass when we hand the goods to that carrier. Standard carrier cover is often limited. Ask us before you order if you want the goods insured to their full value, and we will tell you the cost.
Check the packaging before you sign. Tell us in writing within 7 days of receipt if something is short, damaged or not what you ordered. Email info@epicgtr.com.
Cancelling
If you are a consumer, you can cancel most distance orders within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods. That includes a standard catalogue part we drop-ship or import. It does not include a special order: a part made or finished to your specification, clearly personalised, or built to order. We will tell you before you pay if a part is a special order and cannot be cancelled for change of mind. Opening, fitting or using an off-road or competition part can end the right. Trade buyers do not have this cancellation right.
An import does not change that split. Duty, brokerage and overseas freight you paid to customs are not refunded. If you are outside the United Kingdom, you pay the cost of sending the part back, including export paperwork.
Where the right applies, we refund what you paid, including standard outbound delivery, to the same payment method. We do not substitute store credit unless you expressly agree. You pay the cost of sending the part back. We can reduce the refund if you have handled the goods more than was needed to inspect them.
How to send a part back
Email info@epicgtr.com before you post anything. Include the order number, photographs, a short video if you can, and what is wrong. We will tell you if the return is authorised. Send authorised returns, at your cost and in the original packaging, to:

London
E18 1AN
United Kingdom
If a fault, a misdescription or transit damage is confirmed, we refund, repair or replace as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires, and we cover the reasonable return cost. Nothing here limits those statutory rights.

Email info@epicgtr.com with the order number. We reply during opening hours, Monday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If we cannot resolve a complaint, we will tell you about a certified ADR body and whether we will use it. You can also contact Citizens Advice.
Electrical parts and batteries
Do not put waste electricals or batteries in household rubbish. If you bought an electrical part from us, such as an ECU, a gauge or a sensor, email info@epicgtr.com when it is finished with. We will take that old equipment back, free of charge, when you buy a replacement of the same kind from us. The same applies to a portable battery we supplied. You can also take waste electricals to a household recycling centre. See recycleyourelectricals.org.uk.
