Description
This Plazmaman kit, part number VSPR-RB26-TIT-1221069K, pairs heavy duty valve springs with titanium retainers for the Nissan RB26 twin-cam engine in the R32, R33 and R34 Skyline GT-R. The springs are a direct drop-in replacement for the standard ones, nitride treated and shot peened, with about 84lb seat pressure that can be raised with shims. The titanium retainers also drop in, and Plazmaman notes the original retainers can still be used. Plazmaman recommends this kit for engines making over 300rwkw, to help prevent valve float, which can damage valve stem seals, collets and retainers. Made in Australia.
