Description
HKS 2.8-litre capacity upgrade kit for the RB26DETT (R32, R33 and R34 GT-R), Step 2 specification with 87.0 mm pistons. Increasing capacity to 2.8 litres brings more low and mid-range torque, which suits larger turbo setups. HKS uses forged pistons, H-beam forged connecting rods with WPC shot-peening for fatigue resistance, and a fully counterweighted forged crankshaft. The kit ships in two boxes of about 7.8 kg and 26 kg. Block machining and assembly should be done by an experienced engine builder. HKS part number 21004-AN004.
