Description
Tomei Procam 142055 is an intake camshaft set for the VR38DETT in the R35 GT-R, supplied as a pair to cover both cylinder banks. Tomei lists 264° duration with 10.50mm cam lift (10.20mm maximum valve lift) and a cold valve clearance of 0.30mm, and describes this profile as Poncam-equivalent. The cams work with the engine's AVCS variable intake valve timing. Tomei only calls for uprated valve springs on cams with 11.0mm lift or more. The lobes have a manganese phosphate coating to protect them before oil reaches the surfaces.
